That there is 100 mph duck tape and that person looks normal in the Chevy [what you can see of him.
So when did you ever see anybody normal driving a 108 around.

I live near a... lower income... area of Michigan... you'll see cars like that from time to time. And ones that are so rusted you can almost see into the car through the doors or fenders...

Looks more like HVAC permaseal tape, than duct.

It said duct tape, but I got it at the dollar store so I deserve it.

sadly I see this kind of stuff all the time in the part of town I live in. Sacramento has a wesid mix of people... and the kind that repair cars like the one above live near me.
