Can't buy it. Staged, all staged.

They were using sticks to break down the edge of that cut...sooo fake. I cannot accept that they went on an expedition like that without some decent shovels...crap, I don't go into my back pastures without a shovel.

Ok I'll admit that I found that a bit odd as well. Although wasn't it primarily a motorcycle crossing?

(Next time bring a Unimog )

I think some basic knowledge of river hydrology would have helped them in those situations. The bank was steep because it was on the outside of the river current where the river always cuts away the bank steeply. If the had toppled a tree into the river upstream and redirected the current away from that outside bank, the river would not have been cutting away at it so steeply and probably would have been depositing debris in the eddy behind the tree. The current in the middle of the river would then have been a little faster but the sides would have been much easier to deal with.

I want to see them do that during the winter in a snow storm!

Is it my imagination or does that bridge get longer as you start crossing it?

Didn't I see that bridge in one of the "raiders of the lost ark" movies?

I was thinking along those same lines when I saw the first vehicle having trouble climbing the bank.

This thread makes me recall an old Roy Scheider (Jaws) movie called "The Sorcerer". A lighthearted farce involving the movement of decaying, hypersensitive nitroglycerin through the South American jungle, using ancient trucks that had to cross over swaying, ancient rope bridges.

The very middle of that bridge is the scariest part.
Where in the game was this??? I've been replaying it and for the love of me I have no idea where it is.

It's the Lost Coast plug-in. Run Steam and you can download it.
