Tire suggestions for a poor college student

I am in need of purchasing new tires and I was wondering what type of tires were recommended for someone on a budget. I would like to get michelin harmony's, but my bank account disagrees with me

. any help is very appreciated and would lift a load of stress off my mind. thank you
