Its just a fact of life for us bikers, all the lardos in cars are very inconsiderate of bikers.

Also, jeep drivers are pretty much as bad as SUV drivers except with extra issues......

Poor bikers. Sorry, I have seen more inconsiderate bikers than considerate bikers. I have seen more of them run red lights than not. I suppose that when your group does is inconsiderate, they get a pass?

I have a few bike stories. Also, since this is an MB forum, in Germany if you hit a cycilist there goes your license. One of the stories from over there was a guy who hit a cyclist. So he lost his license. A few month latter he was hit. Killed him. I think the Germans thought that was poetic justice. Also, cyclist must follow the same rules of the road.
I do agree some of them are stupid. About a year ago, I was coming home about 8 pm or so. It was dark. There were cars coming the other way on a back country road. One of the local boys was riding oncoming to me. No lights etc. He road it into the ditch.
When I was a kid, I was riding back from a fishing pond. A car was coming up behind me. There was no car comeing the other way. I was all the over on the white line. This older couple pulled up beside me and started to *****. I think I told them to f'off as the pulled away. I wish I had smacked into them. If they leave the scene of an accident, it their license.
One of the guys at work took up cycling a few years back. He's like 365 lbs. He told me he was crossing a bridge near his mom's house. Some woman with her mom, didn't like the speed he was going at. Really, *****in' at him. He took a spare water bottle and dumped it one her. Spun the bike around and zipped up to his mom's house. He said he watched for 15 minutes as the wet hen drove up and down the road looking for him.

On my bicycle I stay to the right as far as the gravel crap on the side of the road lets me. If I'm on a downhill though doing the limit (or better) I take the center of the lane. As soon as the speed bleeds off I move back over.
I really dislike the fools who ride in a group all over the driving lane. Dont they know its easier to ride drafting the guy in front?

Most. You lose your license in Germany if you hit a cyclist? What if its the cyclist's fault? It seems Germans are more fond of authoritarianism than even the US.
My favorites are the ones that ride at night with no lights, no helmet, riding against traffic, running stop signs and stop lights. I'd feel bad if I hit someone doing that, sure, but that's just a deathwish... don't even get me started on the idiots in San Francisco

I'd feel bad only because it damages my car and if I had to pay. If I didn't, I could care less. IOW, if it were a rental and his fault, "It's Miller Time".
