Came up on this one on the way home today
Diamond back rattlesnake that measured about 5'.
I felt bad about killing it but on the same hand would feel worse if one of my loved ones got bit by one and it was on my property.

Owl Pairs
There are Two, Who hunt here in the late night/early morning.
If you walk outside you can hear them Hooting Back and Forth... Too Cool. 'Nice Snake (Half a Boot?) They have a "RattleSnake" roundup in Claxton every year.
