Why do they have a play by play / color commentator for hockey games ON TV ??


He sounds like the guys on the AM radio for the hockey and baseball games I'd listen to when I was younger.

no offense, but... why do people join facebook? ( am i missing something? isn't e-mail enough? should i be tweeting?)

I avoided it for years, until my high school reunion, when I discovered that most of the people there were notified through FB. I have since used it to track down about 100 people that I have lost contact with over the years, and actually wanted to reconnect with, at least in a limited, online way.
I still avoid all the other social networking sites.

Why does everyone need a cell phone 24 hours a day? Honestly...there were days when there were no cell phones...now you can't even have a conversation with someone standing right next to you unless you text them! Ridiculous.

Try working in the entertainment industry... Half the touring groups I see, their people can't take a whizz without two or three phone calls to people on the other side OF THE STAGE!!!:eek:

Why aren't baseball pitcher's better hitters? you would think that them being pitchers they would know more about the pitches and be able to hit them better. :confused:
