I go to the pool with a snorkel and goggles. I love going under and swimming at the very bottom. It's almost like flying... except you can't breathe

That and working on my car tends to vent pressure (when things go right). I just discovered the metal that holds the rubber trim to the rear bumper completely disintegrated. So the frustration that came from that is well

Sounds like you need some "air time".

Here’s what you do.
Head up to Boerne Stage Field. (The airport at Boerne.)

Get with a guy named Bob Bruce. He runs the field. Last big hangar on the right before the taxi/road turns right. It’s straight across the far end of the runway from his awesome local stone house.

Tell him “Tow Bat” sent you and that you want a ride in their Grob Twin Astir (It’s a glider).

If 30 or 40 minutes in that thing doesn’t take your stress away. Nothing will.

Lift like crazy at the gym. I used to have regular panic attacks until I started lifting again. In the last 6 months I've lost 7% body fat and gained 20.5 lbs of muscle...not a bad side effect of relieving stress.
