You eat high fiber, raw vegetarian fare with a 3 day fast in the middle, well a solid food fast - you drink raw veggie juice and wheatgrass juice during the fast. At any rate, I was telling my sister about it after Christmas and I mentioned that shortly after I started eating normally, I had one of the best bowel movements I've had in years. Should have taken a picture of it. About 12 to 14" long, one piece, curled around the bowl, expelled without effort in about two seconds.
