CO2...a copper ball and a reallly annoying cat that belongs to a neighbor

I have a cat problem.

I also have a CO2 handheld pistol with pellets and BBs.

Can I solve my cat problem (male, and full of fluids) without severely injuring it?

I believe he belongs to a neighbor nearby... I'm just not that malicious.
