Volt looks like a damned nice car especially compared to the Prius and Insight

At $41,000 the Volt is a bit more expensive to be comparing to a Leaf or even a Prius for that matter. Chevy killed itself on pricing

Very true. But I herd something about how with all the break sand stuff of that nature its only $25k after all of it. Still I would not buy one. For even as little as 25k I can buy something way better. We need have the VW Polo over here

HATE HATE HATE!

Actually that's pretty cool. Still a lot of workarounds and way more features than I actually need.

I'm sure these vehicles have their application for certain owners. I would question the author's 90% drop in fuel and maintenance costs, as I assume these cars still have tires, brakes and suspension parts.

107 mpg... on gas maybe that extra energy is coming from somewhere (here looking at you PG&E)

These cars make me laugh because people think that since the energy is not coming from Chevron its free... PG&E (Pacific Gas & Electric) I'm sure is loving this guys new "toys"

Reading that the guy is from 40 miles away from Fairfield he may live in Napa and might be getting his energy from The Geysers... lets hope so, if not he is likely changing in combustion of fossil fuels under his hood for the combustion of fossil fuels at the local power plant

Enough is enough, at least if we keep the money here were giving Americans better jobs.

On my next truck I'll gladly pay an extra $10k to run American CNG instead of foreign oil.
