I read that the domesticated bull is statistically the most dangerous animal in North America. Wouldn't be surprised.

Anybody ever eaten testicle burgers?

(Monty Python voice) Wot's it like?

You always leave yourself a way out when around one since bulls are basically run by their junk and junk being junk, well, you never really know what it is going to do.

They are astoundingly large and strong ...in his prime, Gus the bull weighed 1648lb. (being Angus, he was not a particularly large one either; Brahmans can easily pass 2400lb). I say was because I had to cull that 'ol boy last month. He's probably all-beef salami by now.

Calf fries. Cattleman's in Stockyard City has good ones but we never have enough of them here to make it worthwhile to mess with.

The dogs like it when ever we have been late marking young bulls. They get a good feed of what is considered by some to be a delicacy !!
