Its really quite simple, the recent turnover in moderators got rid of some trolls and Very UNfortunately left a couple- a few that you commented about. One or more suck's up to one or more of the new deputeeez here and gets then to "facilitate" him/them, But im not namin names. One of the authorities i've been gettin warnings from to toe the line -may be in the heartland of the country in a town known for its avaition industries.

Just be glad the Peachparts moderators are not as bad as actual cops in some places--.
When you find good people its refreshing, But the next guy-gives the other 95% a bad name!
