Tool question
Saw this on TV a few years ago and I am wondering what it is called. It is a device to cut wood, like a miter box, except it has an arm and works almost like a paper cutter. (hand operated, no motor) It is meant to slice small pieces of wood by shaving very thin pieces off the cut end. The wood it cuts is usually small trim pieces, too small to run through a regular table saw safely or without splintering.
Anybody know what it is called? thanks Fred Emmerich

This is what you use when you go to a U-Frame-It shop.
