Wow down hill fast, why are we still talking about Bush he hasn't been president in a long time?

Anyway the way they modify those weapons is interesting, I wonder which arms dealer we are paying to ship them over?

A simpler question might be who are we not paying.
We've seen Russian weapons, I'm sure there are some Chinese weapons pictured.

President Pretzel, at your service.

Quite so. After this remark-
"Obama says he didn't need congressional approval but when he was a senator he took the opposite side."
it's evident you have no idea when Obama was a senator.
Furthermore, if the Republican controlled House truly believed Obama's actions were outside the law they would have cut off funding. But they didn't, giving Obama a defacto approval.

It isn't about when Obama was senator. It's about what he said when he was senator. Go back and look.

Here is what Obama said, “The president does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.”

What Senator Pretzel says and what President Pretzel do are wholly unrelated.

From the opening paragraph or so from Wikipedia under the subject "Obama":

Obama previously served as a United States senator from Illinois, from January 2005 until he resigned following his victory in the 2008 presidential election.

Who did "O" replace? Bush.

When did the replacement happen? Jan. '09

Bush was in office from:
January 20, 2001 – January 20, 2009
By the looks of things, assuming that Wikipedia has it right, "O" was a Senator for less time than "W" was President...all at the same time!

Surprised?

"O" made his statement as part of his bid up to the Presidential Race...a bit like knowing which way the wind's blowing before taking a decisive stance... (Problem is...he probably didn't have any idea what was really going on...his puppeteers fed him everything he knew/knows via teleprompter) No real knowledge needed except for being able to read and pronounce words correctly...at the same time...and to look sharp and snappy at the same time too!

Germany loan

Looks like Germany had rather help out financially instead of with military force. As long as the printing presses are running wide open in the US maybe we should use this approach. Maybe they shoulda sent them some new armor/gun equipped diesel G wagons. Wonder what kinda payback Germany wrote into the contract.
