No more food please

Have you ever consumed so much food that you just want to never eat again. Im feeling that right now.

Went to dinner with the girlfriend and some of her friends from Idaho. We ate at the California Grill at Disney's Contemporary.

I had the flat bread, then the tenderloin ,and then bread pudding for desert.

Bad idea. Such a bad idea. I never eat massive amounts of food, let alone beef. I did not want to be rude and leave scraps so I finished everything.

I also wish I had some Canada dry right now.

Find some crystallized ginger. It works faster than ginger ale.

I remember eating a 28oz prime rib in Vegas once. That plus the salad plus the potato and beers and dessert. Took us like three hours. After that we didn't really enjoy Vegas that night.

The only time I've ever felt like that was when I was vacationing in...surprise !...Disney World (Rainforest Cafe, Honeymoon, extra dessert).
I've never made that mistake again, and year later am now losing weight on the "taekwondo" exercise plan

I don't like bread pudding, it gives me the drippy farts.

Angel, Taekwondo is great exercise for losing those pounds. What style are you studying? (ATA or old style)

I hate to turn this into a Taekwondo thread, but hey...redirect back On topic as y'all see fit

http://www.ahntaekwondo.com/uta/welcome.html

No hand techniques to the head - I think thats a difference. I'm not sure what association we are a part of, but the classes are not expensive, they are held less than 3 miles away (I'd walk/bike but that'd cut into family time...) and the Master is going for his 8th Dan in a few weeks(?) Months(?) so he has a lot to show us.

I just started in January, I'm an Orange belt right now just going 2x/wk. I could be much better technique-wise but I'm learning..and most importantly- I can see myself improving pretty much every week - thats a great feeling. The slow weight loss (havent changed my eating habits =) is just a side benefit.

Back On Topic:
I promised myself I'd never eat that much again. I forget what all we had (it ended with a chocolate volcano cake-something) but it was all that good...newlywed wife and I were tired from airplanes that day anway to rolling ourselves back to the hotel was all we wanted to do anyway.

Yes I have eaten so much that I cannot walk.

Pics of the girls that went with you might help us understand why you overate.

The BeefeaterŪ

For $26.95, you grill a 40 oz. USDA choice top sirloin and are eligible to participate in a contest. If you eat all your dinner in less than one hour and 15 minutes, including a trip to the salad bar, a baked potato and Texas toast, you become a member of our Beefeater's ClubŪ.
You'll receive one of these nifty medallions commemorating your amazing feat. On your next visit just redeem your medallion for one regular Prime Quarter dinner ($19.95 value).

I had that when it wasn't so wussy. Back then you had to do it all in 45 mins. You'd get a certificate worth as much as the medallion and a chef's hat with an apron saying "World's Best Chef" and your pic taken up on the "Beefeater's Hall of Fame". 75 mins these days? Standards are dropping.
