I read a great interview recently with a sixty something race car driver who has been racing continuously since a young man. The question was did he enjoy racing as much as he did when he was younger. His answer..."It's a lot like sex....it is not the same at 60 as it was when you were 16 but it is still the best thing going!".

If you sit now, its the nursing home later. There are people who can work circles around twenty year olds well into their 70's or 80's. Sitting in cars, behind desks, on couches is the route the nursing home. Stay off your ass, it is not made to sit on.

What is your point? That such things are the norm? Look at your body. Ever thought about why women have menopause or more accurately meno-CEASE? The body is like wine in a sense. It does get better with age TO A POINT. After that, it is downhill. Why is pregnancy higher risk at older age than say in the 20s? Your cells have a certain lifespan built into them. Read up on the Hayflick Limit.
