Just had one done that was about 36mo old. I have lots of tenderloins and NY Strips but no t-bones.
Thanx for wrecking my new year with that news. At what point will we be able to get T-bones?

You can still get t-bones. Most of the beef you buy comes from feedlot animals that are 16-18mo of age so the t-bone can be safely fabricated from those carcasses and sold to an unsuspecting public. A public that, IMHO, has been carefully trained by the USDA and the commercial beef industry to eat flavorless, feedlot beef. But, if you want the real beef flavor that comes from an older animal, you'll either have to make do with tenderloins, NY strips and sirloins or go somewhere and find pasture-raised animals (like ours) that take 24-30mo to grow large enough to harvest.

Sidebar: just talked to my DiL this morning (I gave them that 36+mo cow for Christmas) and she reported that they'd cooked one of the sirloins
and it was absolutely the best piece of beef she'd ever tasted.
