The saddest fallout from the game is that people have actually made death threats about Kyle Williams.

Threatening to kill a guy because he's human.

I mean get a life, people. No matter what else, it's still just a game. Get over yourselves. Smoke some weed, suck down a few beers or something: relax.

Words to live by.

One of the best on-field celebrations was by the receiver for the Saints who had hidden a cell phone under the goal post padding. When he scored, he got the phone and called his mom. That's funny, IMHO. I wish there was some way on-field celebrations could be penalized or not based on merit. Dionne Sanders, for example, can't dance. His attempts at end zone celebrations should have gotten a flag every time. TO's celebrations were done well, I think.
I liked T.O. all in all, even if I did shake my head at his antics now and then. I saw a story yesterday online about an interview he did with GQ where he revealed that he's on the edge of hard times. Apparently lost most of the $80 million he was paid in his career to bad investment decisions and crooked managers. Word was he's not one of the elaborate spenders but on hard times nonetheless.

An HBO sports show talked about how many former NFL players wind up broke. Something wrong with that picture.
