I'm curious what it took to get that diesel one in Denver imported.
I've seen some videos of gas ones repowered with sport bike engines. Fun ensues rather quickly.

There are markets for them in the US, primarily urban areas. It's a niche car, not a universal instrument.

I agree about the economy aspect of the car. For a car that small and sacrificing storage space, one would expect something at least 50mpg. And they're pricey too.
My first-gen Honda Insight CVT (auto) averages high 50s per fill-up. Highest was 62mpg. |
