Q./ If Jesus Christ was alive today, would he........
This is a question about a situation, not religion or faith..... so please keep your remarks based on law rather than faith.
In the USA, would he be jailed for healing the sick and raising the dead? If so, state why. .

Not really sure how onecan separate religion front a discussion about Jesus. Kind of talking about gravity and ignoring physics. This entire discussion is predicated upon the belief that a Jesus was the son of god and had the ability to raise the dead and heal the sick. Why not ask about what to do with unicorns, elves and orcs?
I do not mean to be rude but I fail to see the point of this discussion.

Probably
If the government couldn't tax it, they would probably arrest him

He'd be scaring the HELL out of a few folks that would be in positions of importance that thought they knew better than Him.
"Got a license to practice medicine?" "What school did You attend to learn these arts?" "How come we've never heard of You until just recently?" "How come You aren't charging standard rates and fees? You trying to put some other doctors/quacks out of business?" "What's the catch?" "What do You mean 'My Father sent Me to do His bidding?' You some sort of quack or something?" "Hi. We're from the Funeral and Creamatory Directors Association. We understand that You're cutting into our financial stability in this area. If You haven't been certified by our organization, You'd be best advised to quit "raising the dead" until such time that You've proven to us that you know what You're doing and all safety and enviromental (heavy on the mental) standards are being met. Once we've certified You, then You can apply to the state to set up Your own place of business. But this walking around and raising people up from the dead in their homes, places of business and at auto-pileups just can't be tolerated." Yep. Piss off "da Man" and he'll come down on you like a...er...plague of locusts or burning hailstones...er...ah...something like that there... This is the point where Jesus would look upwards and say, very quietly, "Father, you can scratch his name from the book. Oh? You have? Already? Never mind, You knew to do it all the time. See Ya' in a bit!"

Actually if he wasn't arrested, formally disabled people would sue him for healing them because they would no longer qualify for government assistance and would have to actually work.

Lawyers would have a heyday, and the government would shut him down to appease the lawyers.

It would end up like it did in the bible. Amaze, enlighten, be killed for it and arise.

To what extent is US law based on christianity?
Wouldn't there be a big argument about whether he was the son of God or not?

I think the raising of the dead, combined with His relationship with God would pretty much end all arguments. Then again, He already did all that, and at the time foretold in the scriptures, and the leaders were able to have Him put to death--and that only a week after the crowds were hailing His a Messiah.
