what context would make it meaningful? if someone had the actual audio would it be believable or would that be subject to discredit as well?

I don't know Michelle Obama personally but from what I have observed of her the last 6 or 7 years she seems to be in the realm of capability for actually saying what is purported to have been "lip read". just saying

A Carpenters one or an Archies one or even a Maroon 5 one would be worse.

That was a direct quote. Now imagine an actor, and a voice actor are hired to mash a dozen of those quotes up and make a nice Obama commercial out of it. I bet you could do it with Glenn Beck, and they would if it was in any way believable.
