Customer just informed me they are choosing to purchase a 2000 Jaguar S type at another dealer over my 2002 Toyota Avalon.

Fail.

While I would never be in a hurry to buy either, at least an Avalon will cheaply and reliably get my butt to where it needs to go. We got a lot of Jags in the last shop where I worked and I can't say I was impressed by anything I saw of that brand.

Yes, there are some like that for sure. But I was talking more about bare faced lying and sleazoid dealing. Quite remarkable. Just really pissed me off in the end, and this wasn't just low end dealers. It was some "main" dealers I guess you'd call them as well.

Oh well. Tyler seems like a decent sort. Pity he's so far away. I rather like some of the things he's had on Youtube.
