If you are unlucky enough to live where drugs are common it is pretty common to get hit by stray bullets.

The use of stolen items is not the responsibility of the original owner of the item. No matter how many times you guys say it.

Pointless slight of hand.

I too wonder about that. I'll bet there are pot and meth within 100 feet of where I'm sitting right now. Shootings here are pretty rare. I think our last one was about a year ago at a local bar with a bad reputation.

The problem is there are certain people that do not believe in private property. They know best and use the weak and uninformed to their advantage. When that fails they resort to insults.

So when the wind blows over a three on my property falling on the next door neighbors roof, I shouldn't be liable?

If someone trespasses onto your property and without your knowlege or permission chops down your well maintained and otherwise stable and intact large tree that damages your neighbors roof should you be liable?
