Reminds me of when we used to go car camping.

Then we got an RV,

Then a "cabin."

We used to own a Ranger 33 sailboat and we still own a Voyager 26 sailboat. Both monohulls. But I have to say that this cat ketch rigged Sea Pearl 21 trimaran has to be the most fun boat I have ever owned. Sets up in 20 minutes, is beachable and can sleep 2 on the water.

Yeah. A handheld gps with a 2" screen and a loud outboard motor 3' away as you try to listen for the lobster boat about to run you down is not a formula for success. Luckily the fog lifted long enough for us to get to the boat ramp where the winch on my trailer broke with the boat only halfway on.

Seems like it would be very difficult to transport it from its build location.

I would never consider going out in the open ocean it one of these boats built this way the outer skin may be 1/8" , I didn't really see if its plywood core or foam core.
The ocean could-Would devistate one of the foam core type like you see on the websites built with a wood female form and foam strips,,,, but the debri field would be floating for a 1/4 mile long.
