It only DOESN'T make sense to people stuck in 1960. He was spot on the money, and anybody that has a double digit IQ knows Obama has little regard for the Constitution.

I don't understand this furor over "Voting Rights". I don't care if you're of Hispanic, "white", Asian or African descent, if you're a citizen then you are an American and are entitled to equal treatment.

Well, except maybe for the Irish, place just hasn't been the same since we let them in.

Unless the GOP figures out how to address the immigration issue (that is appease both immigrants -documented or undocumented- and the party faithful) they're done. Come on down to az. Hispanic already out numbers whites. When I was in school, they told the kids to speak english in class. Now they're teaching spanish in the class

Why wouldn't there be a larger proportion of Hispanics versus gringos in Arizona? Seems to me the Arizona Territory was formed from originally what was called the "New Mexico (that's kind of a key word there) Territory" which was taken from Spain/Mexico during the U.S.-Mexican war and solidified by the Gadsen Purchase. With the exception of a few indigenous tribes the area has mainly been populated with immigrants from the area referred to as "Mexico". We gringos didn't come along until the 1840''s and weren't even numerous until the 1870's.
