It sounds like a great idea, provided that proper training is part of each transaction. The fact that it gives the people the ability to defend against home invasions is wonderful.

In Texas? Not from me. Let the dolts shoot each other. That will help solve nearly half the problems originating from that state. BTW, is the GWB neighborhood considered high crime? I hope so....

state didn't do this, a private citizen did, in order to help people who live in a high crime neighborhood.
