225k beautiful? At ZERO bids, not many people think so. Take away the price and it's REALLY beautiful, then again, anything can be beautiful at a certain price. Well, almost anything, I won't go there

Howdy Bear,
That would be neat but there are no off-the- shelf lift kits for it

Howdy Bear,
I am thinking of painting the body yellow and sticking it on a Unimog chassis and calling it El Mirage's finest

A 12 cylender manual!

I wonder what that VIN would do to the VIN web site

Kinda like the Michael Caine Mercedes...(i am assuming)

Paying more for the name, than what the car is *really* worth because it is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

It is all relative. It is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
(Remember the $18,000 300d-t?)

Nothing against Michael Caines' Mercedes, i think that is an AWESOME story with a very happy ending!!

Like, say, if you had a chance to pick up a James Bond car that was used in a movie (assuming it hadn't been blown to bits), and the identical car NOT actually used in one of the movies was for sale also... which one would you buy?

I can see the price difference now.
