Having experience at least one break in has to change an individuals perspective on these things somewhat in my opinon. Fortunatly we have never had one over our long lives.
Both myself and my partner have been victims of theft more times than i care to recount. Over time we’ve learned to do what we can to minimize loss. The list of what we do has grown.

If I were a break and enter person I would not pick a closed street like that unless perhaps rear access to the property was wide open. The reason being escape routes are reduced.
It is uncommon to see more than maybe 4 cars in a day. There is only forest land behind the house, for about 60 miles or so. In short, unless I’m there, which is fairly frequent, no one is anywhere near the house, except, for.....

I do remember at one time when a lawnmower disappeared and it took me some time to figure out with a little luck who did it. At first I thought who might have done it and was wrong in my initial assumption.

At least I did not confront that individual. The point being on reflexion I understand things a little more from your perspective. Probably mine would be about the same in similar circumstances.
I don’t know who did any of the thefts on this property or others in the area, and all I can is to follow possible evidence recorded by the video cameras.

I didn’t follow the case and wouldn’t have thought of that example, but the result, as illustrated by that example, is another good reason to not waste the effort to confront Mr. C.

She wasn't going to let me snap a pic of ner hipples when she bent over. I can tell you that it was a C cup and they weren't perky.

Not all the way. I would give them first crack at solving it. That way, nobody can say "OMG. If only I had known you had an issue, I would have......". If I have a beef with you, I bring it to our supervisor and then manager and so on. I don't bring it to the VP or CEO as a first step. But if you cannot and/or will not fix it, I will buck it up the ladder.

"Triple Cs" sound interesting - they may be among the top selection, in all honesty. Keep on it, aklim, I have faith in your stealthyness.

When you live with the HOA, you die by the HOA. At the end of the day ~ the HOA will still be there ~ at least for the time being.......best work with 'em.......

Unfortunately the wife knows what is on my mind and she won't let me piss her friend off. Perhaps someday if my webcam is "accidently" turned on, like me, it could happen. Wife knows what I am looking at before I do so she shook her head when she saw me watching. Had it been a stranger in Timbukthree, no problem. Her good friend, not so. Politics. It sucks.

My general policy is to solve it at the lowest level possible. Seems to ruffle the least feathers. However, if your work is not forthcoming, expect me to pluck off your feathers by the handful.

I had a GF that knew what was up - always. I tried to concentrate on her very nice equipment, which kept me off other's equipment, if you will... If you ever get 'em even partially visible - I'd like to see 'em. I keep thinking long 'cucumbers' only larger around, yes?

Got it.......

Wife doesn't care what I look at unless it causes her grief like if her friend gets pissed. Don't believe I am not trying.
