Nationwide Voting Fraud Found

No voter ID needed?

Quote:
North Carolina’s Board of Elections found that tens of thousands of registered voters from the state have personal information matching that of registered voters in other states, and appear to have voted in states other than North Carolina in 2012. In some cases, votes were cast under names of individuals who had passed away before Election Day.

I think it is fair to say that they should have done more investigation before jumping head first into the media pool with unsubstantiated assumptions.

If one were to take RNC chairman Sean Spicer (who has already taken to social media to pronounce the findings as proof of double voting) and examine the roll of registered voters in this nation, there are 20 others with the same name and the same birthday.
That is the only criteria used to claim the 35K people are all examples of fraud. So, do we presume that Spicer is guilty of 20 counts of fraud all by himself?

The 765 people with same name, birthday and last 4 digits of social security number is only slightly more reliable, although there are over 45000 people assigned the same last 4 digits of the social security number.
However, how many mistakes were made by poll workers in checking off people, and how many are cases of matching name, birthday, and last 4 digits of different people.

North Carolina is on the forefront of repressive voting laws, and have likely leaped to erroneous conclusions in their haste to justify their actions.
And I do not discount even slightly, the possibility that they know damn well that their findings are not proof, but are banking on people only reading the bombshell breaking news, and never catching the rest of the story when it finally comes out.

The perils of sleeping through intro statistics. Google "The Birthday Problem", or download and read this interesting pdf.

Raleigh, N.C. — State elections officials said Wednesday that they're investigating hundreds of cases of voters who appear to have voted in two states and several dozen who appear to have voted after their deaths.
State lawmakers last year mandated the State Board of Elections to enter into an "Interstate Crosscheck" – a compact of 28 states that agreed to check their voter registration records against those of other states. The program is run by a Kansas consortium, checking 101 million voter records. The largest states – CA, FL, NY, and TX – are not part of the consortium.
Guess it doesn't count, eh CMB?

Not sure how you are going to get that line and sinker out of your mouth, let alone the hook....
But... do share. What praytell did you find that people will not want to deal with.

And, before you get even more excited, I am 100% behind a detailed and in depth investigation of this situation. However, the state of North Carolina needs to pay for it, and the cost needs to be detailed to the states voters.

No, I'm stating quite clearly that you do not have a grasp of statistics.

When can we expect the 20 counts of voter fraud to be brought upon RNC communications director Sean Spicer?
