I think most people say to wait a month to let all the bugs get sorted out. But yeah, I would say it's an improvement over Windows 8/8.1.

I ran the upgrade on my one computer. Didn't have any problems. Looks good so far, attractive and quick.

Make sure you got the right version for your machine (32/64bit) and that you save it to a location not just open/run from temporary space.

Was an article from a PC mag or something like that and it said the EULA was 29 pages advising all kinds of info/data windows is collecting. Also said to go into 'privacy' and unclick just about everything.

Can't defer a reboot for Home users? Jesus, even Apple iOS -- locked down system of lockdowns -- isn't that c*nty.

As things go, if that is all they are doing, I have no issue. If the update changes settings and programs, that is a different issue. If it isn't compatible with one of the pieces of software I installed, I don't want it removing it without consulting me like the Win 10 upgrade removed my sound drivers and synaptics touchpad and I had to reinstall it. Kinda bothered me.
