what to do with 10 gallons E85?

I have this left from my autocrosser. I hear the E85 is nasty stuff. Do I need to get rid of it or will it keep in plastic cans over the winter? If I need to get rid of it how much can I feed into a gasser ....and into a diesel?

Why don't you just take a drive down a country road?

Flex fuel is(IMO) more of a marketing gimmick for claiming green status or alternate fuel vehicle status for emissions and CAFE reasons than a physical vehicle change. Modern EFI vehicles will handle flex fuel with slightly bigger injectors(which cost exactly the same as normal injectors when ordered in OEM qty's) and a software change. Therefor it's not always advertised, and you may have a vehicle that'll handle E85 already. Could be worth checking owner's manuals.

If the container is sealed it will age like normal gas.

I'd just run it diluted in my DD. I've run 50/50 E85/E10 (E52?) in my 98 Ferd before with 0 issues.

Post your address - I'm certain someone will notify the EPA to investigate.

owners manual won't help
as they are not vehicle specific.but as for gm vehicles from about 2000 up the vin number will tell or open the gas cap door there should be a sticker in there or it might have a yellow gas cap.
