I first joined in Jan 2001 looking to find out if I could drop a W123 center section without removing the jackshafts. Within an hour Donnie (Benzmac, a cofounder of MercedesShop) responded with exactly the info I needed and it was spot on. Donnie was an incredible MB resource at the time.

Sometime about 2008 or so I made the TERRIBLE mistake of clicking on the "Open Discussion" button. If I had never done that I would have been much better off.
