I have been thinking,reading a story this morning about a Navy sub,and women.
I'd hate right now,to work anywhere that had women employee's.
Let's say they wanted your posistion,or hated you as a manager. All they'd have to do is say,you made lewd comment.
This means all companies should have video,and sound to cover male employee's.
We all see how women dress now a days,no bra,or drawers on stage. Say one wrong thing,your dead,your career,home,vehicle's.
Men should get up , and leave this country,and work somewhere safer.

• Their male bosses are avoiding 1:1 time with them, for fear of how being alone with a woman will look.
• This is based on new research released by Sheryl Sandberg's LeanIn organization which finds that "60% of male managers in the United States are afraid to do a one-on-one activity, and that the number of men that feel that way is on the rise since last year.

Because more women have begun to speak out about sexual harassment and sexism they've experienced in the workplace, female employees have a new threat to their careers: being avoided by their male bosses.
New research released by Sheryl Sandberg's LeanIn organization, which advocates for equal pay and equal advancement opportunity for women, found that in this post #metoo/#timesup world, "60% of male managers in the United States are afraid to do a one-on-one activity with a woman, including having a meeting," Sandberg told Julia Boorstin on a CNBC interview Friday.
Sandberg says senior male managers are also hesitating when it comes to business travel with their female employees as well as 1:1 dinners and that this number is on the rise since last year, up 33%.
What that amounts to is a large percentage of male managers are not mentoring their female employees. They are avoiding them.

Best if hold group meetings, I guess. Maybe have all women companies too.

When I taught at Purdue as a interior design instructor there was a young woman who was working on a team project. There was an evaluation process where team members evaluated each other. Her team mates all said she did next to nothing on the project. I gave her a bad review as a result. She asked me for a meeting to discuss. We went into my office to talk. I kept the door open.

I would advise any man to do this in any meeting one on one with a woman, or for a man as far as that goes.

I didn't want to be in a he said she said situation.

This was six or seven years ago.

Not a big deal, imho.

Oh I have heard of that place.Speaking of chicken,a family member I know was a feed supervisor at Tyson chicken. Did you know chicken,are fed chicken. Yep,Guts,beaks,dicks,feet,feathers,and blood,are cooked to a powder,thats mixed with grow.In 6 weeks there ready to kill.

Our nation is immoral concerning placing our mothers, daughters and sisters into combat zones.

The story no one heard about was the RAPE of Jessica Lynch, captured by Iraqi troops during Desert storm, and raped as a POW. I don't recall that being part of the national conversation.

I understand this having been a Civil Servant who worked with many but not all, women who knew they didn't have to answer for anything and so either made a hash of everything they touched or did nothing yet drew pay and retirement benefits at the end .

More than one made a deliberate point of making things difficult, the worst one was the wife of the Union's President, another worthless boob who feathered his nest and let us shrivel on the vine Union wise .

In the 1970's my business partner brought his shady girlfriend in to train as a VW mechanic, what a nightmare ~ she had zero mechanical aptitude and flat refused to learn the basics or to just do what she was told .

I suffered for about 6 months of this then said 'if she's here Monday, I won't be' .

The sad part is : I've also worked with some really smart women who weren't afraid and didn't play games etc.

I understand there's now a thing called "doxing" where somehow they smear you OnLine and ruin your career .

I'm retired too and it's nowhere near the end of life Nate ! .
