Nate always took vitamins. A bunch in my family ate ****t, and lived over 95 do to vitamins.

I guess I'll be keeping an eye out for older good quality knives in tag/yard sales, I don't do the swap meet thing anymore .

Get some ginsu knives. Life is too short; I have looked for decent steel at tag sales and fleamarkets and have gotten 2 in 10 years.....
There have a few new ones to replace knives broken by folks who don't know what they are doing
Trying to expand on the forschner and sabatier knives I've had since '80.

I like Japanese knives, but I haven't seen any cheap ones.
