Drink a can of Whey protein/ weight gainer and a can of slim fast and let'm duke it out in your stomach.

Drive up to the drive through window when the clerk asks for the money, open your door as if your window will not roll down. Make it as difficult as possible for you and him/her to get the money from your hand. When the clerk comes back with your food roll down your window and smile

Take a set of walkie-talkies to the drive-up menu. when the clerk ask what you would like, give one of the hand helds to your friend in the back seat, while he is ordering for the both of you, you hold the other up to the mic...this will give them equal treatment
