...he still hasn't written the rest...he is still in the process of finding ppl who have also been ripped off by this person named Montoya...if you look at some of the replies to that thread, it seems his fellow BMW drivers have stalked this guy down! They have his addresses, phone numbers, and even photo! You see this pix with a man standing on the left? That guy on the left is Montoya!

One day this Montoya fellow will rip off the wrong person. I knew a less-than-bright guy that once ripped off a fellow that seemed like a good mark, but looks can be deceiving. His "lifestyle" included frequenting a "clubhouse" while riding a Harley and had been known to sew "colour"-ful patches on his jean-vest.

One day the ripp-off-ee showed at the con's home with a stun gun and jumper cables and a few associates to lend a hand.

Thats the next portion. The third bit is still in the works ... but I heard the car ended up in a yard getting parted out. He hasnt gotten his money back yet because the car is so shady.
