So....

Does anyone besides me find the timing of this new UN Security Council (wow...that's an oxymoron--"UN" and "security" in the same sentence!) resolution to be very politically "convenient"?

They wait and wait and wait and wait and do nothing about Saddam, and then when the US and allies finally step up to the plate and take him out, they b!+ch and moan the whole time, letting the US, along with England, not only absorb the huge financial and manpower burden, we also get take the bad rap for "warmongering".

Now here they come, trying to look like big heroes with a unanimous vote on a resolution to spend more of our money, to "pick the Iraqis up and dust them off" after the fact.

Very irritating.
