Thanks guys for the nice thoughts and comments. I enjoy the looks of most all the Mercedes I see on this forum. I could do fast and furiuos thing like the nice Dr//AMG and many other beautiful mercedes, but I use my car for business purposes and it might be too much statement for clients, etc. I also agree with the mudflap issue, but again, I was starting to get a few paint chips on the bottom panels. They do protect the paint - and you kinda get used to them (LOL). I have had so many cars over the years, my good friend and I used to buy cars at the auctions in Penna. for many years and sell as an extra money maker. I can state that for its class, I like this E Series as one of the better cars for daily driving. I still have and old rabbit I use as a beater on snow days, In my opinion a rear wheel drive car is what driving is all about. This forum is very imformative and enjoyable. Thanks,
Bruce

Bruce, maybe you should say "accessories" instead of "mods."

Hi guys. Very interesting comments regarding the flaps. Maybe if the name wasn't "mudflaps" it would sond better. Like - German custom projectile deflecting wheel air spoilers. hmmmm.....

Actually Bruce, I'd like to see a picture of those mudflaps from the back. I'm considering them for my E300 as well.

nice job

in pa. you only have a rear plate, have you thought about just having no plate at all?

i like everything but the grille. it is not for me.

the important thing is it is YOUR CAR and your money.
as long as you're happy, that's what matters.

Where did you find the flat hood ornament. Finding one for a 1999 E300 Turbodiesel would keep my wife 'happy'. I like what you've done to your E320.

I purchased the flat hood emblem from Performance Products. very good to deal with, courtious and fast service. I think it was around $29.00. The mud flaps were purchassed from my Mercedes Dealer. OEM part number. And, no they do not have chrome Mercedes Logos on them. LOL. Picture attached.
