Well it's official. The insurance agent stated that is not feaseable to fix the E320. Insurance Company will buy it.

I decieded on looking for a 98, 99 or 2000 E320 4-Matic. Hope to find one with low milage at a good price. (If I get lucky, I might find a 2000 E430 4-Matic - sigh) From what I'm told, they didn't make the E 4-Matic with the 420 or 430 engine earlier than 2000.

I'll keep you posted. BTW, I keep the grille, chrome extras and Of Course the Mudflaps
