Any ideas what this could be? Tested the CPS and it was showing a value of around 850 ohms which appears to be in spec. The duty cycle is okay and in the 46-54% range.

Went to look at the 1999 and it too had rust issues but they had been repaired and rather poorly at that. Paint was flaking in the arches and the paint quality was quite poor. Looks like a patch job...
