300SDL Turbo Replacement?

I am looking to buy a new/used turbo to replace a bad one and need to know if I can buy one that is not OE from an OM603, ie. As long as it is "Garrett T3" it should work? or are there some MB parts...

300SD New Starter not disengaging

1983 300SD, we just put in a new starter and it won't disengage once started.
Any thoughts on mistaken wiring, ie. could we have reversed something on the solenoid that can be switched?

So the key got stuck in the on position and wouldn't go back. Jiggle Jam Twist and voila- borken. Thankfully in the on position so I ran two alligator clips to the starter and can start it etc...

Well, I got one out and even though it was reading .652 resistance it doesn't work. So I'll pull the rest and replace them.

I don't have any numbers for you, 0-60 etc... however, the car has good power as soon as the turbo kicks in or above 2000rpms (it might not have anything to do with the turbo, but it seems like it)....
