Just purchased a 1987 190e 2.3 with 55K miles. So far nothing seems to be in need of repair, but I want to be ready when it is. You have a great Site and I am looking forward to using it. Hope I may contribute something in the future.

Ray-
Welcome to MercedesShop!
I'm sure you'll love your new Benz. There are several members here that know a considerable amount about the 190. It sounds like you got a nice low mileage car.
Enjoy it.

Congratulations Ray,
You will no doubt enjoy your new ride. Those cars seem to be almost cult classics. If you ever need anything two of our best 190 people are Adrian Eckenrod(RAE190) and of course M.B.DOC. Benzmac is great for maintenance and repairs, just don't ask him about sporting tires! Enjoy the site and the many miles to come from your 190.

Lee
