Angry Problems with 2004 S-500

I recently bought a S-500 and it's been in the shop several times in the first three weeks.
The steering wheel convienence motor/module failed and it wouldn't work
and both were replaced.
The V60I phone was defective and was replaced.
The voice module was replaced and that one was replaced with an
updated one.
The CD changer was replaced as it would freeze.
The radio froze up once on FM.

Finally here is the latest situation..

The vehicle only has 650 miles on it.

First the device unavailable statement came up when I went to use the CD changer. I went to eject the cassette and it won't eject leaving me to believe a CD is stuck inside or the device has failed.

This is the second changer as the first one was defective. Needless to say it's going back to the dealer service on Monday .

Is it possible for me to release the CD cassette without remnoving the changer?

Thanks.[

Yes it's possible. Try sliding a thin object, such as a credit card, under the magazine itself. An old butterknife is another possible tool. Should release it.
The possible problem is that the suspension on the CD cahnger is set to "H" (Horizontal), not "V" (Vertical), you might want to ask if this was set correctly.
The dealers get them set to "H" from the factory to work in the W203 C class cars (mounts in the glovebox) and also the W211 E calss cars work this way also. In your S class it mounts vertically, and they have to remember to set the suspension correctly or you (seriously!) can have problems like you are describing, even the "not available" messages.

You have got to love all of the "stuff" they put on these newer cars. The drivelines and body's are great, everything else just breaks.

Update. I brought it to the dealer who managed to release the CD cassette. He said there were no codes which is a mystery to me.

Finally he gave me a new cassette and it seems to be working fine. Cross your fingers.
One positive thing. This dealer seems to stock a lot of parts...

If it does it again, be sure to remember what I said about the suspension setting on the changer chassis (V vs H).
