1995 S500 Oil Change Question

Hello -

I recently bought a 1995 S500 and have not yet had the opportunity to purchase a service manual. I thought that I would change the oil this weekend and bought an oil filter at my local parts store today and noticed that it was a catridge type. I have changed many oil filters on Mercedes E cars but am a little confused as to how to change the
catridge. The filter came with 2 rubber o-rings and a brass washer. What
are these for?

Any guidance would be appreciated as to location of the oil filter and are any special tools needed for replacement (how to remove).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm still learning my way around the Mercedes V-8's.
