Can the remote door lock cause engine shut down while driving on my 96 E300? Here is what happens most of the time, driving at any speed engine shuts off tach goes to 0 and engine will not restart until the car is locked and unlocked with remote. It will spin over but no start I know it sounds weird and is probably something else but it puzzles me that most of the time we have to lock and unlock the doors. The red and green lights flash on and off too. Any insights will be appreciated. the only codes I get are injector circuit failure.
