I would like to replace my speaker fader switch with a door lock switch but…

I am in the process of converting my vacuum door locks to electric. Since I have rewired the speakers and no longer have the fader switch connected I would like to replace it with a door lock switch. Does anyone know of a switch that will fit in that hole? A part number would be awesome but pointers are appreciated too. Thanks in advance.

Don't have the part number, but the W140 had a door lock switch which should fit perfectly on your 1984 W123. The W140 located this switch after 1994 on the central panel (instead of the driver's door location for 1991-1993 production years).
