Well, I don't hear any evident chain slap; and I don't have any records of the chain being replaced; however, I will pull the valve covers off this weekend to inspect the chain guides and chain stretch. I expect that since the car is in good shape, the guides were probably replaced a while ago; however, for sake of peace of mind & longevity, I will do it all agian.
