I would check out your fuel relay. The circuit board in the relay sometimes develops hairline cracks and then causes intermittant problems as you describe. They can be repaired with a soldering iron and a few drops of solder if you are a do it your selfer. Wait till you get another opinion or two... Over voltage protection relay may also havesomething to do with it?
