My W210 wagon refugee from the Hurricane Ivan is doing fine, waiting for the Great State of Alabama to get around to issuing a rebuilt title BUT I still haven't repalced the central locking pump... since it's on the floorboard it got 1/2" of water in it and, believe me, that's all it takes!
The old one is P/N# 2108002948 and I've got a line on another only it is P/N# 2108003048... only the 3048 pump has a 'nipple' at the 'Heck/KAF' position and the 2948 pump doesn't. What the heck is 'Heck/KAF' and would this 3048 pump work by putting an cap on the nipple? Just a thought... Anyone have experience in this department? Just trying to save some $$ to support my terrible habit...
