Pitman Arm Removal (450SE)
To get to the steering box seals, I need to take off the Pitman arm from the box.
Can I simply pull that end w/ a Pitman Arm puller, or do I have to take off the tie rod end? I am not changing the Pitman Arm, only want to free it from the steering box. Is there enough play in the suspension to get it off only at the box end? |

I think you can leave them on, but off the top of my head am not 100% sure.
Where do you live? I bought the centering screw for the steering box and can let you use it for a small fee. Note: this was for my 115 which had a steering box with a 116 part number so it will work.
